As much as we’d love to do everything in house, some folks are just superior at certain things and these guys are exactly that when it comes to spraying Polyurea. @willamettetruckfleet (aka WTF 😎) has been spraying our Alpha Coatings on our campers for years and I can’t recommend them enough if you want something to be bomb-proof… It’s a helluva process to coat one of these things and these guys do it perfect every time. Our chassis are designed to work with the rediculo

Our chassis are designed to work with the rediculous rigidity of our finished bodies, so that we don’t have to add an extra hundred pounds of gussets and crossbars to be able to support a typical camper body. Our camper bodies and chassis are designed and built to support each other, making for the lightest weight and highest strength possible from such a package. These chassis are hell for stout in all the right places and have front and rear receivers standard, for security up front (remove the tongue and replace hitch lock, no one can tow it away), and extra carrying capability in the rear (bikes, hitch carriers, etc, up to 150lbs). @timbren_industries suspension is standard, and our FTA’s and TDA’s come with their ultra heavy duty 5200lb capacity hardware and appropriately detuned spring rate for excellent ride. Using the 5200lb hardware might seem like a bit much, but if you want your offroad trailer overbuilt anywhere, it should be at the part that connects your wheels/tires to your chassis and is responsible for absorbing shocks and bumps at any speed.
